Scrumpies Party

August 2006

The Plymouth group met at our usual spot jus after 1pm. We took a leisurely ride up the A38, M5 to Court Farm. Navigator led, so it was a great suprise when we arrived without going via Andover! Second year running. Tents were soon pitched after meeting with Norman, who arrived later.Headed of to the bar. It was nice to meet old friends and catch up on the news (Gossip). in the bar on Friday evening the pirates had a whale of a time (as usual)! The following day saw the arrival of Ian and Colin. Ians wife having arrived Friday with the kids. The Saturday saw most of the Pirates head of to the farm. the kids enjoyed the death slide, both young and old. Well done to those who completed the maze. Ian and Dave and I opting for a cup of tea half way through. I think the flag is still in the maze somewhere. Saturday night saw more partying. The scrumpies once again throwing a super summer party yet again. looking forward to the next one. Sunday saw the party crowd packing up and saying their farewells.
